I received excellent attention in care during my recent interaction with Bells Fork Truck and Auto. Sherri Craft was extremely helpful and honest.. I would definitely choose them again!

I had a very disappointing experience with Bells Fork Truck and Auto Service. They sold me a truck that was in poor condition and assured me that it came with a warranty. When I brought the truck back to have a mechanical issue repaired, they did not fix the problem. Instead, my truck sat in their lot all day, and when I picked it up, it had the exact same issue—if anything, it was even worse. My husband spoke with them about the situation, but Sha’He Lettle simply kept insisting that we leave the truck there for three more days. This makes no sense considering they claimed the vehicle was in good condition when they sold it to us. In my opinion, they were not honest about the truck’s condition. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this business, be prepared to waste time and money dealing with problems that should have been addressed before the sale. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

I have been going to this place as it has changed its name and owners hands several times. The one person I have grown to trust is Sherry Craft! I was so excited to know she would continue with new owners as she is very dependable and very honest. I have not ever been disappointed with Sherry. She has excellent customer service! She has so much experience and knowledge which I have grown to appreciate. I have told her if she ever leaves, i will follow her and take my business with her!
